Had an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains from our room. The pool area was a bit crowded and needed better monitoring for safety. Trolley service to downtown is super convenient.

Stunning mountain views from the room were a highlight. The parking situation was frustrating and crowded during peak times.

The view is stunning, with mountains and sky looking like a postcard. The staff is super friendly, and the indoor pool is a perfect place for kids to splash around.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the comforters leaves much to be desired.

Stunning mountain views from the balcony made for a lovely backdrop, and seeing a bear in the parking lot was a highlight! The pool was a hit with the kids, and Marina at Firefly Lounge truly made them feel special. Breakfast was a standout; delicious food and attentive staff added to the experience. the air conditioning struggled, and the room felt outdated. A partial mountain view was disappointing, and the cramped bathroom needed improvement. The noise from fellow guests and other maintenance issues did detract from the overall enjoyment. Parking fees felt unnecessary in such a secluded spot.

Plus, the restaurant’s menu offered no healthy choices, and the salad served was far from fresh.

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the mountains while being just a short trolley ride away from all the fun in downtown Gatlinburg, with pit stops like the Hollywood Star Cars Museum and Ripley's Believe It or Not just a few minutes away; the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food that made for great meals after a long day.

So, our recent stay at The Park Vista had some mixed experiences. First off, let's talk about the positive aspects. The room we stayed in was pretty neat. The bed was super comfortable, with soft sheets and perfect pillows for a good night's sleep. We also tried out the room service, and the food was delivered hot and fast. I must say, that slice of cheesecake was absolutely massive and delicious! The shower in our room was great, and the view from the hotel was just amazing. The location is definitely a big plus, making it convenient to explore Gatlinburg. Now, onto the not-so-great parts. The furniture in the room looked a bit worn out and could use some sprucing up. the lack of staff at the bar restaurant was quite noticeable. It was packed, and one person handling everything just wasn't enough. the parking situation was a bit unpleasant. The newly implemented parking charges were unwelcome, and having to walk a long way due to limited spots was a hassle. The whole issue was not handled well by the front desk, which left a bit of a sour taste. the fan noise from the pool area was pretty bothersome, especially at night. It made it hard to open the windows for some fresh air. And the limited healthy food options on the menu were a letdown, especially with the lack of fresh and appealing choices. The Park Vista has its ups and downs. If you can overlook the minor inconveniences, it's a decent hotel to stay at in Gatlinburg. Just be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.

The room featured comfortable beds, which made resting easy after long days. The temperature control was efficient, allowing us to create a cozy atmosphere. the noise level was a concern; doors frequently slammed, disrupting our sleep. We also found someone else's food left in the refrigerator, which was unpleasant. The lack of luggage carts at check-in was inconvenient, and a long wait added to the frustration. While the room was tidy, it showed signs of wear. An update would greatly enhance the overall comfort and experience.

Had an awesome weekend at this hotel! Loved the complimentary cookies and the late-night swim sessions with multiple pools and water slides. The beds were super comfy, and the spacious rooms were perfect for our family. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a great stay.
Check-in was a bit chaotic, with surprise parking fees and holds on the account for charges. The rooms were a bit pricey for their dated appearance, with small bathrooms.

The property presents itself well, offering comfortable rooms and a stunning balcony view. Complimentary water and cookies upon check-in were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and responsive. cleanliness issues marred the experience—uncleaned hall carpets and neglected trash were disappointing, especially for a brand of this reputation. Noise from nearby rooms detracted from what should be a peaceful atmosphere. While amenities seemed lacking for the price, the restaurant service was understaffed but commendable. Management must prioritize cleanliness and maintenance; it’s crucial for retaining guests. With such potential, a little attention could turn this stay into an outstanding one.

The indoor pool and waterslide were fun for the kids, and the restaurant on-site made meals easy. The views from our family suite were amazing, like being on top of the world.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still worth the experience.

Our family had a blast at Dolly's Splash Country, enjoying a variety of thrilling rides and relaxing activities. The hotel's concierge ensured we had a seamless experience with horseback riding and rafting. The stunning views and countless recreational options made for a memorable vacation.
For dads, it would be great to have more organized kids' activities.

The indoor pool and hot water were great, and the beds felt comfy. The stunning views were a bonus, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, and the staff's response to maintenance issues was rude and unhelpful. It would have been helpful to have a shuttle service to avoid congestion when traveling to Gatlinburg.

We hit up the area's newest water park with wild rides. The concierge hooked us up with awesome activities like whitewater rafting! Location was perfect for chilling at the mountain or partying in town.
One thing though, we wished there was a happening nightlife spot within walking distance for late-night fun.
